Town of Harrah Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) Architectural and Engineering Services The Town of Harrah is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified architectural/engineering firms interested in providing professional services for a potential Frontage Road Improvements Project as part of the new K-8 School Replacement facility. Services to include NEPA/Environmental Review, Design, and Construction Administration Services for any successful Frontage Road Improvements only. It is anticipated that this project will be partially funded through the Washington State Community Development Block Grant program with federal funds provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. Submit three copies of the firms Statement of Qualifications to: Sarah Hovis, Town Clerk - Treasurer, Town of Harrah, 11 East Pioneer St., Harrah, WA 98933. Statement of Qualifications shall not exceed 20 pages double sided, including cover letter, resumes, and supplemental information. Submittals in response to this Statement of Qualifications will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on June 18, 2019, Pacific Standard Time, at the above noted address: No submittal will be accepted after that date and time.
