The building must meet FederalGovernment standards for fire safety, energy star compliant, and must be ADA compliantand be located outside a 100 year floodplain. The facility must meet current DoD Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection requirements. Facility must consist of an open floor planto accommodate office cubicles. In addition, the administrative facility should also haveseveral closed wall offices, conference rooms with video teleconferencing
