The performance period will be from time of contract award through end of the 1-year base period, currently estimated to be 6/1/2019 5/31/2020. There will also be a potential 4 Option Years offered for this contract. The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, and relevant sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation (VAAR).The applicable NAICS Code is: 624190 OTHER INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY SERVICES. The small business size standard is $11.0 million.This requirement
is a 100% SET-ASIDE competition for SDVOSB s only. All qualified offerors are invited to provide their proposal. The Contractor shall provide an independent service to provide help with emotional, behavioral, mental illness, family and marital distress, alcohol/drug abuse, and other personal problems through assessment, short term counseling, and referral in accordance with the RFQ statement of work.The tentative issue date for any actual solicitation will follow on/about April 10, 2019. The date is not firm and may change due to events out of our control. Offerors are responsible for checking the web site, www.FBO.gov, regularly to obtain possible amendments. All parties must obtain all notices and amendments to the solicitation through this web site. Hard copies will not be mailed. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the proposal instructions outlined in the solicitation. Proposals will be due not less than 7 days after the issuance of any solicitation.This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice.All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov and complete online Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov.
