This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source bridge contract for the health and life insurance services of Guardian Life , on behalf of the Department of State,U.S. Embassy Kingston. The estimated period of performance is twelve months 1 Dec 2019 through 30 Mon 2020. This Governments intent is to enter into a sole source requirement contract modification under the authority Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
