The awarded bidder/vendor agrees to have MACHINERY - TILLER, 20` REAR BLADE AND TRIMMER, WEED, readily available for delivery within 10 days after receipt of order on an “as needed basis” during the duration of the contract period. may order less or more depending on our needs. All price adjustable RFQ`S are fixed for one year after award date. One price adjustment per year will be allowed with mfg. supporting documentation only. Please note: Samples may be required to be provided within 10 days of request. Failure to do will result in bid being considered non-responsive. Interested firms are invited to obtain a copy on NYCHA`s website. To conduct a search for the RFQ number; vendors are instructed to open the link: http://www1.nyc.gov/site/nycha/business/isupplier-vendor-registration.page. Once on that page, make a selection from the first three links highlighted in red: New suppliers for those who have never registered with iSupplier, current NYCHA suppliers and vendors for those who have supplied goods or services to NYCHA in the past but never requested a login ID for iSupplier, and Login for registered suppliers if you already have an iSupplier ID and password. Once you are logged into iSupplier, select “Sourcing Supplier,” then “Sourcing Homepage” and then reference the applicable RFQ PIN/solicitation number. Suppliers electing to obtain a non-electronic paper document will be subject to a $25 non-refundable fee; payable to NYCHA by USPS-Money Order/Certified Check only for each set of RFQ documents requested.
