You are invited, but not required, to attend said bid opening. Bids must be on the Excel spreadsheet and the ”BID FORM” must be filled out and submitted either electronically via this website https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/cityofholland/or in a sealed envelope that is plainly marked “REPLACEMENT COMPUTER EQUIPMENT”.
