To be considered, Bidders must be able to demonstrate: • A minimum of three years’ experience supplying fertilizer as described in this RFT; • Experience managing a minimum of one municipal or public agency contract of equivalent size, scope and complexity to that described in this RFT; • Sufficient ability, capacity, equipment and personnel to satisfy Contract requirements; • Ability to supply and deliver the Product as specified in this RFT. It is the intent of the City to award the Contract to more than one Bidder who complies substantially with the RFT requirements. Recurring Contract: No Delivery Schedule for Goods or Services OR Contract Duration: The Contract is for 2020 requirements and will commence approximately mid-January 2020 with the City’s issue of a purchase order, expiring on December 31, 2020.
