Description of the Requirement: The Partnership Evaluation Division (referred to as the “Project Authority”) within Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking the professional services of a Consulting firm who has experience working with Indigenous Peoples and communities to conduct qualitative lines of evidence for the evaluation of the Indigenous Skills and Employment Training (ISET).
