ENMAX 18-1937 RFP for Collection Agency Services Successful Proponent(s) will be expected to manage both primary and secondary assignments on behalf of ENMAX, while maintaining a high level of due-diligence and service to ENMAX and its customers. Operating within the parameters of the province of Alberta, services provided must comply with

the Alberta Collection and Debt Repayment Practices Regulation (Regulation 194/1999), the Alberta Consumer Protection Act and Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC). This RFP will result in a single scope contract(s) for a 3-year term for the Work described herein. More than one (1) contract may be awarded. Proponents may expect a roughly equal share of the portfolio once the onboarding process is complete, however market share for all proponents will be determined at the discretion of ENMAX throughout the life cycle of the agreement. ENMAX assigns approximately $10-$12M to its third party agencies today, though the value of assignments may increase or decrease throughout the term of the agreement
