EQUIPMENT/MATERIALS & INSTALLATION FOR ELECTIC MOBILE STORAGE SYSTEM

DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure the following, on a sole source basis:  1 lot of equipment items made by SPACESAVER for an upgrade to the existing Spacesaver system; 1 each Installation, and Contract Requirements Data Lists (CDRLs for manuals, NRTL certification and warranty documentation, in support of the Puget Sound Naval Trident Refit Facility, Bangor, WA. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The applicable NAICS Code is 337215. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to North Kitsap Base Bangor, Silverdale, WA. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  A determination not to compete this action based on responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the

government.  Offers wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.  The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM219Q1215.  It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 18 Apr 2019 with a closing date of 07 May 2019 at 2:00PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation.  The RFQ will be posted at https://www.fbo.gov/.  A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
