Request for Statement of Qualifications Orient Water Company Request for Qualifications Furnish Engineering and Land Surveying Services The Orient Water Company (pursuant to Chapter 61, Laws of 1981) is requesting Statements of Qualifications and performance information from firms interested in providing professional engineering and land surveying services for the 2019‐2021 calendar years in conjunction with Orient Water Company sponsored projects with the potential for funding in part through State and Federal programs including Washington State Community Development Block Grant with Federal funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Required design and construction services may include but are not limited to water treatment improvements, miscellaneous water distribution, planning, and assistance with funding procurement.
