(RSF): 4,509Space Type: Office  Parking Spaces (Total): The greater of local code or 35 spacesParking Spaces (Surface): The greater of local code or 30 spacesParking Spaces (Structured): 0Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 spaces Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Two (2) years firm with 120-day termination rights after firm term.  If the Government terminates the lease before Tenant Improvements (TI) are paid off, the Government will pay the remaining TI balance at the time of lease termination.   Option Term: N/AAdditional Requirements: •   Secured storage, approx.12 X 16 storage shed, required; including 1 walk thru door and 1 10’X10’ overhead door.  •   Interested parties
