The contractor shall carryout renovation works to Building I located at Block 14C & Parcel J19, which forms a part of the overall Central Scranton Park Project. The renovation works is inclusive of demolition and site clearance, construction of new timber roof, internal block and drywalls, windows and doors, finishes, millwork,

plumbing, electrical, fire protection and HVAC systems. External works to supply and install sceptic tank and requisite pipework.
