The Fair Street Improvement Project will rehabilitate the existing road surface between E. 20th Street and E. Park Avenue (approx. .7 mile) consisting of a road diet (from two lanes in each direction to one in each direction), includes various bike lane treatments, a center two way turn lane, drainage facility improvements, curbs, gutters, ADA conforming ramps and frontage improvements that consist of landscaping and irrigation.
