66--MULTILEVEL MONITORING SYSTEM COMPONENTS

The United States Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive firm fixed price award to Nova Metrix Ground Monitoring Ltd, located in Burnaby Canada for a Multilevel Monitoring System (MLMS). The Government requires the purchase of a MLMS. The MLMS must be made compatible with the existing sampling system already in operation, the Westbay MP55 sample system. The required equipment can only be purchased through Nova Metrix Ground Monitoring Ltd. Nova Metrix Ground Monitoring Ltd maintains proprietary rights to their equipment and have no known authorized resellers. All interested parties must include the following: Submission of Questions and Quotes: In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(i) all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All submission of questions and quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer Gerald Lewandowski at glewando@usgs.gov. All questions must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 03:00pm EST on June 13, 2019. Questions and quotes by hardcopy or the FedConnect web portal or Fed Connect Message Center shall not be accepted or considered.
