The District will be accepting Proposal Responses on a continual basis from the issue date of this RFP until closing at 2:00 P.M. on August 30, 2024. First submission deadline is September 11, 2023. This contract will be effective October 3, 2023 through September 30, 2024. KISD is utilizing our electronic bidding system to perform all new bids and bid renewals. With this new process, vendors will be required to download, complete, and attach all mandatory bid documents (located in the attachments tab of this bid) prior to submission.
