DHA Framed photos/artwork

   The purpose of Modification #2 is twofold: •·         To extend the solicitation closing date to 4PM Eastern time, Thursday, June 20, 2019•·         To answer questions that were received. Please see Q&A below. (Also Q&A will be attached.)  QUESTION #1: Can you please tell me if I provide the images or you provide the digital files (images) that need printed? ANSWER#1: The vendor is to provide 120 framed photographic artwork according to specifications listed in the Minimal Essential Characteristics (MECs). QUESTION #2: Do you require every image to be separate? Or would you consider images thatare duplicated for the variations of needs?ANSWER #2: Every image should be a singular framed image and unique one fromthe other.  Images can be of the same geographic location, however they musteach be different. Example:  4 images of Yellow Stone National Park isacceptable so long as each photo image is different and framed separately. QUESTION #3: When you indicate "approximate size" - is

a 24x36 or 36x24 print with a28x40 or 40x28 frame acceptable for the 28x40 and 42x30 requested?ANSWER #3: Yes, the proposed image sizes you notes are acceptable so long asall image sizes remain the same according the quantities requested. Imagevariations should not change more than 6" (+ or -) QUESTION #4: Are the sizes requested for the frame or for the print?ANSWER #4: The dimensions noted in the solicitation are the outside dimensionsof the frame. QUESTION #5:Are the size indications representative of the traditional respective sizes(the first number typically indicates width while the 2nd number indicatesheight - vertical vs. horizontal images)?ANSWER #5:   Example: As noted in the solicitation 40"(horizontal) x30"(vertical); 24"(horizontal) x 24"(vertical); 28"(horizontal) x40"(vertical); 42"(horizontal) x 30"(vertical) QUESTION #6: "With the 120 framed prints is it ok to have the same photo multiple times?
