Banking Services for the Clerk of the Circuit Court, RFQ 113782

Description:
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and resulting contract is to obtain banking services for the Loudoun County Clerk of the Circuit Court’s Office (the “Clerk’s Office”). This RFP is issued by the County of Loudoun, Virginia (the “County), on behalf of the Loudoun County Clerk of the Circuit Court (the “Clerk”). The Clerk, custodian of court-related County and Commonwealth of Virginia (the “Commonwealth”) funds, is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions interested in providing comprehensive banking services to the Clerk’s Office for their primary operating and condemnation accounts. The resulting contract shall cover the period from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2022, with up to three (3) one (1) year renewal options. The Clerk reserves the right not to award some or all of the services contemplated herein. Addendum: Addendum #1 Changes and/or Additions issued on October 11, 2019.
