The contractor shall provide annual preventive maintenance on automatic generator fed transfer switches located at Baltimore, Perry Point, and Loch Raven VA Medical Centers in accordance with the attached statement of work. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
