Scope of Work The Southwest R.O. Plant located at 2090 SW 32nd St., Cape Coral, Florida was originally constructed in 1976, with additions added in 1985 and 2008. The building was last painted about 15 years ago and shows its age. This project also includes the painting of the Bleach Building, located immediately west of the main building. The main building has two "courtyards" (#1 and #2), which are part of this painting project. This project includes alternative bids for replacing select downspouts, painting the crushed stone walls near the main building entrance, as well as an option for adding stucco with lath to the crushed stone facade near the main entrance.
