Bid Title:Request for Proposal: Greenwood Cemetery Retail Sales Operation Category:MiscellaneousStatus:Open Description: The City of Muscatine and the Parks and Recreation Department is now soliciting a request for proposal regarding individuals and/or organizations that are interested in providing a retail sales operation at Greenwood Cemetery.We are seeking a full-service vendor that will set up a show room in one of the existing buildings at Greenwood Cemetery for the purpose of selling retail items that may include but are not limited to: headstones, vases, bronze markers, urns, shepherds hooks, flowers, or any other types of cemetery retail items.The successful vendor will pay the City of Muscatine a percentage of all gross sales and will provide an insurance certificate with the City of Muscatine named as additional insured.If you are interested in being considered, please fill out the enclosed specification quote sheet and return it to the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department, 215 Sycamore St., Muscatine, IA 52761 by 5:00pm on Friday, April 26, 2024.
