The contractor pool will be established for a minimum of one year and may be renewed at the City’s discretion. Ogden City will request competitive bids for work on the projects described above from contractors in the pool. At its discretion, Ogden City may also request competitive bids from other qualified contractors not in the contractor pool. The work will involve renovation of residential properties owned by, or under the direction of, Ogden City Community Development Division.
