intends to award a Firm Fixed Purchase Order (PO) to the lowest price, technically acceptable, certifed WOSB for continuity of required janitorial services. This order attains limited Janitorial Services for the facility at USDA ARS, PWA, US Salinity Laboratory & NCGR for Citrus & Dates, 450 W. Big Springs Road, Riverside, CA 92507The Firm Fixed PO will include the following:1. LIMITED JANITORIAL SERVICES; A BASE YEAR + FOUR (4) OPTION YEARS (EFFECTIVE 11/1/2019) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED SOW AT USDA ARS, SALINITY LABORATORY, 450 W BIG SPRINGS ROAD, RIVERSIDE, CAUSDA ARS, SALINITY LAB & NCGR requires a responsive & certified WOSB Contractor to provide all labor, transportation, supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform the services required, except for those items indicated in the SOW. The Contractor shall provide services as indicated in the SOW on Tuesdays and Fridays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m; and will adhere to the Terms & Conditions of the Contract accordingly.
