 Combined Synopsis Commercial SolicitationTitle:  Analytical Sampling 20 June 2019This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03, DPN 20190531, AFAC 2018-0525This acquisition is conducted as a 100% small business set aside.This requirement will be fulfilled using the Simplified Acquisition procedures, FAR Part 13. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380- Testing Laboratories SBA size standard is $15M. Description of Requirement:   This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is a written instrument of understanding between your firm and the
Conracting Officer, Wesotover ARB, MA.  This agreement pertains to the required annual testing to be conducted on all routine waste streams for the purpose of RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) characterization.
