INTENT
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure the services of a vendor to design and administer a program to re-purpose surplus digital technology related equipment (laptops, desktop computers, cellular phones, etc.), to public, charitable nonprofit agencies (“agencies”) and public schools in Maricopa County. Maricopa County implements a responsible schedule for technology refresh across the enterprise. As such, some or all the digital equipment being replaced may benefit agencies and public schools in the community that may have limited access to, or knowledge of,

technology.


BID SUBMISSION Vendor Bids must be submitted through BidSync only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting bids.


MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q and A, and Bid Close are in Mountain Standard Time.


EVALUATION AND AWARD Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department.  The County reserves the right to add additional vendors, at the County’s sole discretion, in cases where the currently listed vendors are of an insufficient number or skill-set to satisfy the County’s needs or to ensure adequate competition on any project or task order work.
