This is a Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format set forth at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested.1. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Snow and Ice Removal Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. Services shall be performed at the 1LT Jimmie L. Monteith United States Army Reserve Center, 1741 E. Belt Blvd., Richmond, VA 23224.2. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price Requirements contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be a 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods from date of award. Estimated total quantities are provided in the Request for Proposal.
