Any and all communication from bidders regarding specifications, requirements, competitive procurement process, etc., must be directed to the buyer as indicated in the Bid Contact Information section. Communication made with parties outside of Procurement may result in your solicitation response being disqualified;

Prospective bidders are hereby invited to submit their bid to provide Transportation Services to the University of Central Missouri as per the specifications in this Invitation for Bid;

The University retains the right to reject any and all item(s) deemed as not acceptable;

The Bidder shall provide firm, fixed prices for the item(s) described herein, in accordance with the terms and conditions;

CONTRACT PERIOD: Date of Award through May 31, 2020. The University shall have the right, at its sole option, to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods;

The last date to submit questions is 10:00AM CT on Tuesday, August 13, 2019. Email or fax questions to the Buyer as indicated in the Bid Contact Information section;

All prospective bidders may attend the bid opening held on Tuesday, August 20,2019 at 2:00PM CT at the Procurement Office Conference Room 123, 415 East Clark Street, Building B, Warrensburg, MO 64093;

Expected announcement of award is during the month of August 2019.
