Alcoholic Beverages Division Landscaping and Snow Removal Services

The Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division is seeking Bidder to provide landscaping and snow removal services throughout the term of the resulting contract for it's a 14.5 acre site at 1918 SE Hulsizer Road in Ankeny, Iowa. It is the intent of the State of Iowa to enter into a Contract for landscaping and snow removal services.

These services shall be provided in a timely manner when requested by the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division facility maintenance coordinator and snow removal services automatically after each snowfall accumulating one (1) inch or more.

The facility provides work-space for the entire ABD staff, including administration, regulation, licensing, tobacco enforcement, accounting, information technology, communications and liquor distribution employees. The building also features a lobby for customers and licensees who await service and a large boardroom used for staff meetings and Alcoholic Beverages Commission meetings. Ruan staff fulfills weekly alcoholic liquor orders for 1674-plus class "E" licensees and load them onto tractor-trailers. Ruan drivers then deliver the liquor to off-premises retailers all across Iowa.
