FEE: $ 56.50 NON-REFUNDABLE Method of Payment: Cash, Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card or Cheque (payable to: City of Mississauga) Description of Procurement: The City of Mississauga (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified bidders for supply of a training tool to increase employees’ cybersecurity awareness. The scope includes supply of a Cybersecurity Awareness Training Tool (“CATT”), configuration, training, knowledge transfer and technical support for the duration of the contract. The City is seeking a cloud-based CATT with moderate customization and reporting capabilities and variety of training courses to address typical learning objectives of cybersecurity including but not limited to: Secure Passwords, Malware, Ransomware, Social Engineering, Phishing, Email security, Wi-Fi Security, Mobile Devices Security, Safe browsing, Social Media, Fraud. CATT shall be simple to use, must meet all Mandatory Functional and Technical Requirements outlined in this RFP and shall meet the City’s needs for at least the next three (3) years. Recurring Contract: No Delivery Schedule for Goods or Services OR Contract Duration: The City expects to enter into a contract with the successful Vendor for a three (3) year period, with the option to extend for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each.
