The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting submittals for the construction of the following project: HEBER VALLEY CAMPUS BUILDING MOUNTAINLAND TECHNICAL COLLEGE DFCM PROJECT NO. 23478260 The project estimated cost is $51,500,000.00. This design/build project will include a new Trades and Technology Building for the Mountainland Technical College (MTECH) located in Heber City, Utah. The approximately 94,100 GSF project will include programs in healthcare, trades, and culinary arts. Program spaces include, but are not limited to, the following: nurse and medical assistant, pharmacy technician, dental assisting, welding, automated manufacturing, automotive technology, diesel technology, culinary arts, multi-purpose rooms, student amenities, student services, offices and building support space.
