Can you provide a dollar amount required for bond form. also a dollar amount anticipated for 100% P & P bonds? Answer Proposal Bond – Under Base Proposal section Document 0300 – it noted that the proposal bond shall be 10% of the entire proposed sum amount for the base proposal. On Document 00030 it noted and estimated budget for this contract of $50-$500 k. So it would be expected that the largest among being $500k the proposal bond should be $50k. Performance and Payment Bond – Since the number and amounts of the individual projects/contracts are unknown at this time, a letter from the Bonding Company stating that the abatement contractor has the ability to obtain P&P bonds on individual projects as needed up to $500k. We are interested in submitting a bid proposal for #16174, Can an out of state contractor bid on this particular project? And if so is it Mandatory to be there in the physical form or is there another option to attend such as zoom. AnswerOut of State can submit a bid. It's not mandatory to attend the Pre-proposal meeting, it's recommended. We don't do Zoom.
