Summer Lunch Provider

The Board is seeking a qualified contractor to provide approximately 300 meals daily for lunches to our students attending the summer camp for a duration of six (6) weeks from July 2 to August 9 to ensure the health and satisfaction of our camp attendees throughout the duration of the program.The menu, offering a mix of both hot and cold options with a preference for more cold options, should include a main meal and a serving of fruits/ vegetables for lunch. Additionally, the Contractor must include vegetarian/vegan alternatives and culturally sensitive options (such as no pork) in their offerings. Snacks are not to be included with the meals, but the Contractor is required to provide the pricing details for snack options for ordering.The term of the contract a one-time purchase.
