The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a sole source modification to contract N00024-19-C-5501 with Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) of Marlborough, Massachusetts for an increase in the AN/SPY-6(V) Family of Radars (FoR) Design Agent I&PS efforts. The planned contract modification will provide the following AN/SPY-6(V) FoR support:• Continued combat system integration and testing;• Training;• Sustainment engineering;• Software maintenance; and• Field engineering in support of installations, light off, combat systems ship qualification trials (CSSQTs), and Initial Operational Capabilities (IOCs).The Period of Performance (PoP) for this effort including options will be three (3) years.The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this sole source modification with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2) (iii)(B).Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Raytheon Company directly.
