Prime Vendor Food & Supplies

The purpose of this RFP is to establish an agreement for a prime vendor for campus-wide food and food supplies. The below departments are expected to utilize this agreement. Dining Services - operates and manages the food court and other areas throughout the campus.Food Court - five food stations, two grab-n-go stations, large salad/fruit bar, hot bar, and desserts.Catering/Concessions - wide variety of snacks and refreshments to elegant-served meals.Hiersteiner Child Development Center (HCDC) - serving children, ages 1-6.Encore & Stacks - coffee bars featuring drinks, grab-n-go foods and condiments.Bookstore - including beverages and snacks sold through in this area.The Market - convenience store and coffee shop with prepared food offerings.WHCA (Wylie Hospitality Culinary Academy) - the College’s hospitality and culinary program.A conference walkthrough with interested Contractors will be held on April 19 at 2pm CSTin the COM building on the main campus at 12345 College Blvd., Overland Park, Kansas 66210. This conference will enable Contractors to view the physical campus and ask any questions. Attendance is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
