NOTE: Tab 2 - Price Agreement Considerations of the attached Pricelist, is information to be considered prior to procurement of these services. Under this Agreement Contractor shall provide the services described below: A. Conduct collection Events for Household Hazardous Waste (HHW), Conditionally Exempt Generator Waste (CEG), Agricultural Pesticide Waste, or Universal Waste for DEQ and other Authorized Purchasers. The HHW and CEG events are usually combined. Agricultural Pesticide Waste and Universal Waste collection Events may be combined with HHW Events or held separately; B. Pick up small quantities of HHW, CEG, Agricultural Pesticide and Universal Waste, at various locations around the state on an as needed basis; C. Collect HHW, CEG, Agricultural Pesticide and Universal Waste from collection Events or facilities not conducted or operated by the Proposer for the DEQ; D. Manage waste from school lab cleanouts; and E. Perform additional types of Events and collection activities that may include: (i) product reuse activities that will take place at a main collection Event; (ii) emergencies or disasters, such as floods or earthquakes, which require the collection, transport and management of HHW, CEG, Agricultural Pesticide Waste and Universal Waste; and (iii) occasional requests to collect a specific waste (such as mercury) from permanent HHW collection facilities or individual
