VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) requires online access to up-to-date clinical information, certification review materials for study by clinicians, and a source of accredited continuing education courses for clinicians in the wide range of specialties represented at VAPHS. The service should consist of at least 4,000 CE/CME courses, including at least 2,000 accredited CE/CME courses, 600 certification review courses, and 600 textbook topics covering most of the conditions healthcare providers see in their practice every day. VAPHS intends to sole source this requirement to Relias, LLC, which is the sole provider of the Continuing Education (CE) Library subscription. This is the current system/subscription utilized by VAPHS and the Government intends to enter into a new contract with Relias for this requirement.
