The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) Contracting Department, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the Computer Flow Test of (500) Respiratory  Equipment, all associated material, and delivery to location as stated in the statement of work using the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures.  This requirement will be solicited as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code applicable to the procurement is 339113. The size standard is 750 employees.The solicitation and all amendments issued will be in electronic form.
