The City of New York (“the City”) by and through its Department of Social Services/Human Resources Administration (“HRA or the Department”) invites interested vendors to respond to this Request for Information (“RFI”) to help inform future models of the emergency food program. HRA administers the distribution of food under its Emergency Food Assistance Program (“EFAP”) and is seeking industry perspective and feedback on different food distribution models the City can leverage to distribute food to over 600 food pantries and soup kitchens throughout the five boroughs of New York City.
