Facilities Committee, seeks a qualified consultant to prepare a Municipal Facilities Master Plan for the Town. This plan will assess the use and condition of select Municipal and Board of Education facilities to establish a priority, schedule, and budget for most effective use; improvement and/or replacement that will create a framework for the Town’s Capital Plan for the next ten (10) years. The following documents will be received at the office of the Director of Finance until 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 27, 2019: A letter of interest along with a qualifications package and separate sealed fee proposal for the above-referenced services. Thereafter, responses will be opened in public and the name of each firm read aloud. Responses received after this date and time will not be accepted.
