Buses to be low floor, single step entry, a manually operated ramp, configured with +2 on the driver’s side as further detailed in Attachment A. These Buses must meet all Federal and State of Montana regulations and specifications, as well as requirements listed On Attachment A. Delivery to the University must be added to the cost. Provide year, model, options, miles, price, available delivery date, and any lease options available. We prefer 36 months and 25,000 miles as a lease option with an option to end the lease early. University reserves the right to select a used, new, or leased vehicle option(s) that meet our requirements and fit in our stated budget. Award will be based on lowest cost bids that meet our requirements. Multiple vendors may be awarded if one cannot fulfill the entire order. 1.12 If offering a lease option, provide your operating leasing agreement. The contract must be brought into compliance with laws of the State of Montana. 1.13 Offeror reviewed and accepts the University's Addendum that will bring any prohibited terms from the Vendor's lease agreement into compliance with the laws of the State of Montana. 1.14 If offering a lease option, Offeror must agree to bring their agreement into compliance with the laws of the State of Montana.
