The Economic Development Authority of the City of Hampton, Virginia (“EDA”) is soliciting proposals from interested parties for development of the Site located at a highly visible, key intersection within the CCD and the City.
A briefing is scheduled on September 26
th
at 9:00 a.m. in the EDA Conference Room on the sixth floor of the Ruppert Sargent Building at One Franklin Street, Hampton, Virginia.
Site tour of both the former Quality Inn and Coliseum Central Business District will depart from the lobby at 10:00 a.m. and return by noon.
