Proposal Delivery, Time & Date
The City of Lubbock will receive written and sealed competitive proposals for
Depository and Banking Services until
3:00 P.M. CST, November 1, 2019, if date/time stamped on or before
3:00 P.M. CST at the office listed below.  Any proposal received after the date and hour specified will be rejected and returned unopened to the offeror. Each proposal and supporting documentation must be in a sealed envelope or container plainly labeled in the lower left-hand corner: "
RFP 19-14876-MA Depository and Banking Services” and the closing date and time. Offerors must also include their company name and address on the outside of the envelope or container.  Proposals must be addressed to:

Proposal Copies OFFEROR’S MUST SUBMIT ONE ORIGINAL MASTER (MARKED ‘ORIGINAL’), SIX COPIES, AND ONE

ELECTRONIC COPY OF
ALL DOCUMENTS ON USB IN A SEALED ENVELOPE. TO THE PURCHASING AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO
RESPONSE DUE DATE/TIME. FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE ADDITIONAL COPIES MAY RESULT IN THE PROPOSAL BEING DECLARED UNRESPONSIVE. The original must be clearly marked
“ORIGINAL” and the copies must be clearly marked
“COPY”.
