The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive flooring services including installation, repair, and maintenance. Scope of Work: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Flooring Installation: Remove or prep area for

new flooring, dispose of all waste materials, and install new approved flooring in designated areas across campus buildings. Furniture will be moved by Crowder employees. Project Locations: The flooring projects will encompass various buildings and areas within the Crowder College campus in Neosho, MO. Detailed specifications and site plans will be provided to selected contractors upon mandatory walk through on Wed. March 27th at 9am. Proposal Submission Guidelines: Interested contractors are invited to submit proposals addressing the following: 1. Company Profile: Provide a brief overview of your company, including relevant experience, certifications, and past projects related to flooring installation and maintenance. 2. Project Approach: Outline your approach to completing the flooring projects, including methodologies, timelines, and any innovative solutions you propose. 3. Cost Estimate: Submit a detailed cost breakdown for labor, materials, equipment, and any additional expenses associated with the proposed work. Submission Deadline: Proposals must be submitted electronically to Jon Paul, Interim Physical Plant Director, at jonpaul@crowder.edu no later than Wed. April 3rd at 9am. Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 1. Demonstrated Experience: Experience and expertise in completing similar flooring projects, particularly within educational or institutional settings. 2. Technical Competence: Capability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship using industry- standard materials and techniques. 3. Cost Competitiveness: Competitive pricing relative to the scope of work and prevailing market rates for flooring services. 4. Compliance: Adherence to all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards governing flooring installation and maintenance. Contract Award: The contract will be awarded to the contractor whose proposal best meets the needs of Crowder College in terms of quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness. Crowder College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate separately with competing contractors.
