APPAREL AND UNIFORM SERVICES

Description: The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) is requesting quotes for staff apparel and uniform services. The purpose of the project is to provide apparel and uniforms services to District staff, current and new hires. Apparel shall have either embroidery or screen-printing, andwill be delivered to District Headquarters in Live Oak, Florida. The original agreement will be for a 12-month period with the possibility of up to two one-year renewals. Services will be provided as needed. Outfit between 1 and 66 employees at any given time. 2. Provide apparel options for an array of sizes ranging from small to 4XL, with gender-specific options and regular, tall and petite lengths. 3. Establish an on-line portal with District-approved clothing selections from which staff can place orders at any point in the year. 4. Provide embroidery and screen-printing services on the approved apparel. 5. Provide fabric, color and size sample pieces for the District to keep on-site.
