The Utah Lake Authority (ULA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified applicants to perform market research about Utah Lake. The ULA wants to better understand individual perceptions and opinions of the lake, why people do or do not visit the lake, etc. The ULA will select a proposal based on cost and other factors.
