 SUBJECT: Pre-solicitation notice for Drayage Services for USARAF, Vicenza, ItalyTo whom it may concern,The United States Government, through the 414th CSB, Regional Contracting Office, Italy (Vicenza Office), intends to procure a contract for the subject as follows. The intent of this letter is to advertise the upcoming requirement for as many potentially interested companies.DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES NEEDED: This is a requirement to provide relocation services for U.S. Army Africa (USARAF) from Caserma Ederle to Caserma Del Din, Vicenza Italy.The contractor shall provide the full range of services necessary to satisfy the Government's office relocation requirements. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, vehicles, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, for the preparation and movement of Government- owned office furniture, office equipment, and personal items. The Government is seeking services that industry normally accords to commercial customers to the

maximum extent practicable.PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The work under this contract will be performed on Caserma Ederle, and Caserma Del Din in Vicenza, Italy.METHOD OF CONTRACTING AND AWARD: The method of award will be clearly indicated in the forthcoming Request for Quote (RFQ).TYPE OF CONTRACT: The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity Contract.HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Contractors that are interested in participating to this acquisition shall send an e-mail not later than 18 October 2019, 16:00 hrs to the following addresses:Francesca.candia.ln@mail.mil and lindsay.r.jaime.civ@mail.milCiting as subject the description of the requirement (Drayage Services for USARAF, Vicenza, Italy)NOTE:- SAM Registration.
