Question Cut-Off Date: 04/22/2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that requests for proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for BIOSOLIDS AND WASTE TRANSPORTATION DESCRIPTION: The Districts is soliciting proposals and associated per load costs for reliable, diversified, cost-effective, and environmentally sound methods for Biosolids and waste transportation. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference via Zoom is scheduled for: Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81165047416 Pursuant to applicable provisions of the Labor Code of the State of California, not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for legal holiday and overtime work for each craft or type of workman needed to execute the work contemplated under this agreement, as ascertained by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, be paid to all workers employed on the work by the Contractor or by any subcontractor doing or contracting to do any part of the work.
