24-FS-02Evaluation Services for Grant Funded Programs.Frederick Community College(FCC)has been awarded, and continues to pursue, multiple Federal, State, and private grants and sub-grants. To support the grants process, the College seeks to establish a pool of qualified third-party grant evaluators to provide independent evaluation services on an as-needed basis. FCC isrequesting proposalsfrom qualified firmsto provide these services. Please see the solicitation documents posted on the Frederick Community College Bid Board for additional information. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be not be held. Technical and Price Proposals will be received no later than 2:00 PM local time on April 8, 2024.The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities in the solicitation.
