device management. DASPS will identify and select one (1) or more successful Proposers for Award, determined through an evaluation of Proposers' qualifications, Offerings and proposed rates. Through their awarded MSAs, successful Proposers shall provide Services to Authorized Purchasers by Service Order Contracts ("SOC") through which MSA terms and conditions will apply. The depth, breadth, quality and price of Services are of paramount importance in the selection of Proposer's for Award.
Additional details on the Scope of the Services are included in Section 2.4.
The initial term of the MSAs is anticipated to be two (2) years with options to renew up to a cumulative maximum of ten (10) years.
Any Services under a MSA must be authorized by SOC's in accordance with the ordering procedures described in the Sample Master Services Agreement (Attachment A). Proposers are advised that there is no guarantee of any specific amount of Services ordered under a MSA.
