Firms interested in providing the aforementioned services must prepare and submit proposals in accordance with the procedures in this RFP. Current experience in complete design of Fire Station(s) and extensive knowledge in all NFPA recommendations for fire station facilities is mandatory. The City intends to utilize the AIA Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect, Construction Manager as Constructor Edition (AIA B133-2019) for the design services portion of this project.
